Once you’ve found the courage to leave an abusive relationship, it’s time to focus on your healing.
Only when you feel secure and stable can you begin to recover and turn toward a healthy, independent future. As a second-stage shelter, we provide care for women (and their children) who are:
• Ready to progress from a first-stage emergency shelter
• Preparing to create a new path of independent living for themselves
• Seeking safe, secure housing and practical support as they move forward
• Not currently struggling with substance use or recent recovery
Find comfort in a home environment where you can prioritize your own well-being and prepare for what’s next.
“You’ve experienced a trauma you didn’t deserve and now face a transition you didn’t plan for, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. With care and support, we’ll do everything we can to help you on your journey to recovery.”

Space to Think

Our caregivers partner with residents to create an environment where each woman is valued and respected as she begins to work through her experience within a nurturing community.
Support for Independence
We understand that facing an uncertain future feels scary and lonely — but you are not alone.
Our caregivers will connect you with support and resources as you find your strength and figure out life’s next steps.
